High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is common analytical technique to separate and quantitate compounds in liquid phase.
In an HPLC analysis, the separation of analytes is based on their interactions between column stationary phase and carried liquid (eluent). Columns with different chemistries and eluent compositions can be used depending on the properties of analytes.
