Effective from 22.07.2024.
1. The maximum number of bookings is limited to 2 times per week.
2. Working hours (9.00 – 17.00, Mon-Fri) are divided into the morning slot (9.00 - 13.00) and afternoon slot (13.00 – 17.00). The maximum booking time is limited to 4 hours (it can be less than 4 hours). Thus, at max, one can book only morning or afternoon slots.
3. Outside of working hours one can freely book the time as per requirement.
4. It is strictly necessary to specify your name in the infra-booking system.
5. Cancellation policy: The maximum time for cancellation is 4 hours before reservation. If you cancel your booking 24 hours before your reservation, please write a message in the Teams Glovebox channel (in this case other people will have a chance to use this time).
6. If for some important reason, you need a longer slot or more slots, please contact the main users.
