Advanced and highly customizable imaging platform for both synthetic and biological materials consisting of a motorized Nikon Ti-E frame, Crest X-light V3 spinning disk confocal unit with LDI illuminator (405, 445, 470, 520, 555, 640 nm lasers), Gataca iLas 2 FRAP (405 nm) + TIRF (488 nm) scanner, Andor iXon 888 EMCCD for detection, Pecon incubation system for temperature and CO2 control and Elveflow pressure controller for driving flows in micropipettes and microfluidic chips. Various additional in-situ sample manipulation capabilities are also available (e.g. electric and magnetic fields) and can be constructed if needed.
