X-ray tube: miniature, max. 30 kV, 10 mA, 300 W. all targer materials. Cr-tube  as standard.

Collimator: replaceable to provide 1,2,3,4 and 5 mm spot sizes.

Sizes of pieces to be measured: min. 155 mm inside dis. of tybes and rings within approx. 80 mmthe end opening of tube. Goniometer can be operated in any position (verticl, upside down).
