The pure chemical or a chemical mixture boils and it is transferred from the boiling chamber. The mixed liquid and vapor flow is continuously pushed up by into the equilibrium chamber by the vapor formed  in the boiler. The vapor liquid flow is separated into liquid and vapor flows. The separated vapor flow is condensed, and the separated liquid flow is cooled using the condensers. Two liquid streams are passing through the sampling chambers with mixing and by pressure difference are pushed back to the boiling chamber. The pressure in the equipment is regulated using a vacuum pump. Liquid samples of the condensed vapor and cooled liquid can be taken.
