SPR Navi 200 provides kinetic information (equilibrium constant, dissociation constant, association constant), and structural information (refractive index, layer thickness). SPR Navi 200 enables a wide angular scan range that produces a complete SPR curve with absolute angle information. Wide angular range enables measurement of small organic molecules, and large proteins, but also metallic nanoparticles and cells. The true goniometric SPR configuration allows characterization of surfaces in gas and/or liquid. SPR Navi 200 comes with dual measurement channels for in-line referencing or duplicate measurements.
