Agilent lignin GPC system consist 1100 series HPLC isocratic binary pump, degasser, and UV detector. Chemstation software includes GPC add-on part for mw distribution calculations and different GPC columns are available. For lignin samples there are two common analysis method available using THF or 0,1M NaOH as an eluent. Other applications are possible to use as well.
