Dionex GPC system is specially designed for GPC/SEC analysis of celluloses in DMAc/LiCl. System consists of Dionex Ultimate 3000 BM binary pump, Ultimate 3000 autosampler, and Ultimate 3000 column compartment. System includes refractive index and multi-angle light scattering (MALS) detectors. “Absolute”molar masses and sizes for each separated fractions can be determined without narrow dispersity standards. The Viscotek GPC software is used for data processing.
