RPI high speed camera system consist of two Raspberry Pi computers with their camera modules. The first is a standard camera module provided with an IR filter and the second without an IR filter. The latter one can capture pictures and videos over a wide wavelength range: UV, VIS and NIR.

Both system provides 19 python scripts, which are used to

• determine optimal shutter speed
• calibrate the sensor’s red and blue gains
• capture pictures and videos
• do time-lapse shooting
• create time-lapse videos
• perform color analysis and RGB channel separations and combinations

Three flicker free LED lights can be used as light sources. The sample or samples can be illuminated by a flicker free UV torch (395 nm).
