Steam is generated in a separate chamber and applied to the oven using air circulation. The moisture level can be kept quite steady even in high moistures when below 100°C.

With higher temperatures high moistures are not possible.

The temperatures can go up to 300°C . Different steps are easy to program.

Automatic cleaning program is easy to run after use.
