Ozone is generated in high voltage and electrodes are cooled in water flow.
Minimum oxygen flow is 100 l/h.
Ozone is oxidizing. It reacts with greases, oils and other contaminates. It irritates eyes, nose and lungs and can result in poisoning when inhaled.
Ozone is used for instance in chemical pulp bleaching and waste water treatment.
Ozone is not stabile gas and it has to be produced just before use.
Theoretical ozone production capacity is 100 g/h and theoretical concentration is about 7 weight-percent.
Main components are the water cooled ozone generator and the electric power supply unit.
Oxygen inlet and cooling water is needed.
