High temperature horizontal tube furnace RHTH 80-300/16 (Nabertherm GmbH, Germany) equipped with a 3 heating zones controller and a gas supply system.

The furnace working tube has a diameter of 80 mm and a length of 1140 mm.

The length of the isothermal zone is about 150 mm.

The gas supply system includes a gas panel with shut-off valve, flow meter with control valve and hose between gas panel and gas inlet at the tube. The flow rate is controlled by manual operation in the range of 60 – 600 l/h for the inert nitrogen gas. Other gases such as Ar/He/CO₂ can be used based on the user’s needs.

• Maximum operating temperature is 1500°C under gas circulation.
• Maximum heating rate is 300 K/h.

• Charge control with temperature measurement in the working tube and in the oven chamber behind the tube
