The DSC 250 is a standard DSC with a RSC 90 cooling system capable of measuring chemical transitions such as the glass transition temperature and the melting temperature in a temperature range of -90 to 550 °C (Calibrated between -90 and 400 °C).

The DSC 250 is connected to nitrogen as purge gas.
