“Preppis” is fully automated advanced preparative chromatography system capable analytical- and proses-scale separations. Two Binary pumps can be used at isocratic or gradient elution at  flow rate range 0,6 ml/min-150 ml/min and pressure up to 600 bar. Injection can be done manually or by using place autosampler. RI and UV detection with diode array detector, both can be used as a trigger for automated fraction collector.
